CalcWorks includes an indexed online help system, which can be printed as a complete formatted manual by choosing the Print Manual... command from the File menu, with the help window in front. You should choose Page Setup... first to confirm the printer is set up properly. For best results, turn 窶廡ont Substitution窶 off if your printer has that option.
You can also save the current topic's text as a TeachText document by choosing Save Topic As TeachText... from the File menu. The current topic will be saved complete with a窶styl窶 resource, so that it can be read and/or printed with SimpleText, as well as with other style-aware text editors such as Tex-Edit, Joliwrite, and the America Online editor.
The CalcWorks Help window is available either from the Help menu or from the About CalcWorks... dialog. You can also bring up the help using the command-/ (or command-?) key combination.
The cursor keys are active on extended keyboards so that you can easily scroll through the help topics. The up and down arrow keys scroll through the topics, while the page up, page down, home and end keys scroll through the currently selected topic. You can also resize the help window, and it will return to its size and position, as well as the current topic, the next time it is opened.
Fonts used in the help text are Geneva, Monaco, Times, and Helvetica (Geneva is replaced with Times when printing).
